Why did the Committee of ‘Experts’ remove the Health Service Commission from the Kenyan Constitution?
Public health is being messed up for private gain. Doctors, & specifically KMA, have been accused of being asleep when the constitution was being made and did not present the HSC.
I guess as history continues to unfold the COMMITTEE OF ‘EXPERTS’ will tell us who sneaked the #HSC out of the Kenya Constitution and into an act of parliament and for how much.

Page 176 is very telling
Constitutional Commissions
- (1) The Ethics and Integrity Commission and the Commission on the
Implementation of the Constitution, shall be constituted within ninety
days of the effective date.
(2) Within nine months after the establishment of the Ethics and Integrity
Commission and the Commission on the Implementation of the
Constitution the following Commissions shall be appointed in the
following order of priority –
(a) the Commission on Revenue Allocation;
(b) the Parliamentary Service Commission;
(c) the Judicial Service Commission;
(d) the Police Service Commission;
(e) the Public Service Commission;
(f) the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice;
(g) the Gender Commission;
(h) the Electoral and Boundaries Commission ;
(i) the Salaries and Remuneration Commission;
(j) the National Land Commission;
(k) the Teachers Service Commission;
(l) the National Environment Commission;
(m) the Health Services Commission; and
(n) the National Commission on Culture;
